Frostbite 5K, an annual community event that brings together families, supporters, and athletes to make a meaningful impact locally.

The FrostBite 5K is going to be a fun, relaxed run or walk, and is open to all ages and abilities. Whether you're running, jogging, or walking, come enjoy a winter morning outdoors at your own pace. This 5K is all about community, fresh air, and good times with friends and family. 

This year, a portion of the proceeds will support two important causes:
- Hibernian Rugby Football Club, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, helping expand youth and community rugby programs.
- Blood Cancer United, supporting critical research, patient resources, and advocacy for those affected by blood cancers.

FROSTBITE 5K RUN/WALK — LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE


Event Date: February 28, 2026, Weather Date March 7, 2026

Location: Falls Township Community Park, Falls Township, Bucks County, PA

Hosts: Hibernian Rugby Football Club


In consideration of being permitted to participate in the FrostBite 5K Run/Walk (the “Event”), I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, acknowledge and agree:


1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Participation involves inherent risks including falls, collisions, uneven surfaces, weather, physical exertion, serious injury, or death. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks.


2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Hibernian Rugby Football Club, its officers, members, volunteers, agents, and representatives, Falls Township, its officials, employees, agents, volunteers, and all event sponsors or affiliates (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation, including negligence.


3. INDEMNIFICATION: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my participation.


4. MEDICAL: I certify I am physically fit to participate and consent to emergency medical treatment if necessary. Should I be provided with any medical treatment, I accept full responsibility for all medical cost incurred.


5. MEDIA RELEASE: I grant permission for use of my name, image, or likeness taken during the Event for promotional or informational purposes.


6. MINORS: If participant is under 18, this waiver must be agreed to by a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility.


7. GOVERNING LAW: This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.


ACKNOWLEDGMENT: I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER, FULLY UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND.

I have carefully read the FrostBite 5K Run/Walk Liability Waiver, Release, and Assumption of Risk dated February 28, 2026. Weather date of March 7, 2026. I fully understand its terms and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by it.
